Last the DVDs bought (all at the same time) would be The Fifth Element, The Sixth Sense and Control (which came with an Ian Curtis biography too). Haven't yet got round to watching The 6th Sense, but have got through the other two films.

I'll start going through it tonight. Also the local supermarket had a sale of Fox's "20th Century Classics" for 1,95€ each, so I got a bunch of those: The Fly, Return of the Fly, Zorba the Greek, The Detective, Tony Rome, Diary of Anne Frank, Bandolero, Heaven Knows Mr. Allison.

It only just finished screening in cinemas here :O The last DVD I purchased would probably have to be Mars Attacks!. Yet again another amazing Tim Burton film, I'm surprised it took me that long to get a copy of it.

After living half a year in poverty, I put my collection on hiatus until I am financially sound. Although the last DVD I bought was the latest Ghibli Tales of Earthsea for my friends Birthday. It was horrible. She probably thinks I hate her now.

I have the box set ahem Ezydvd has been having a sale and I went a bit nuts. 10 bucks a pop I couldn't help myself (ordered some potentially embarrassing movies too but I don't care). Anyway seeing as they aren't all available and will arrive over a few weeks I think that justifies the purchase. The other day I got Sleepy Hollow, Children of Men & The X Files (been collecting the whole series)

At this moment I have a wish list of about 300+ DVDs to purchase. I get at least one DVD via mail everyday...so today I received Beauty and the Beast. Also, I am running out of shelves to place my 500+ and counting DVDs ..cries. BTW..My name is AFIoscar and I am a DVD-holic aka DVD whore.

(U.S. copyright laws cover unauthorized distribution, too, by the way. Can't speak for other countries' laws, but yes, what they're doing is illegal in at least one place.)
